How do I know the stock availability?

Most of the products we have listed are in stock and ready to ship, however, for any online business, the stock status could change every second. After you have made the Quote Request, you will receive an Order Status email within 24 hours. The Order Status email will indicate whether the requested product is in stock or out of stock. For faster information please feel free to contact us anytime.

How do I pay for my products?

We accept a variety of Credit Cards, Money Orders, Cheques, and Cash.

What if the product I ordered is out of stock?

After your payment is confirmed or an account is established, the Order Status email will be expedited.  If there is an out of stock situation we will communicate ASAP to minimize and end-client issues.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Certified Fund, Money Orders, and Bank Wires. We also accept cash if you choose local pickup. Simply contact us to schedule a pickup time and location.

Is it safe to buy products from your website?

I could not find a particular product for my vehicle; can I make a special order?

It is possible that we may carry more products than listed online. Please contact us let us know your vehicle make, model, year and the particular product you are looking for, and we will try our best to fulfill your need.

Can I install the products on my own?

Our products are very easy to install because there is no drilling required. Most products only need bolt-on application, and all products come with installation instruction. It should be an easy job. However, if you do not have any knowledge or experience with working on your vehicle, we do recommend that you get our products installed professionally.

Do you provide installation service?

Sorry No.  We recommend your local car dealership.   

Do your products come with warranty?

All products we offer a lifetime manufacture warranty from defects in material and workmanship on all stainless steel polished products. We only sell products that last.

How much is the shipping fee within Canada?

Shipping cost vary depending on the shipment size, wieght and shipping to location.  Please contact us for more details.

Do you accept local pickup?

Yes, we do accept local pickup. Please note that cash is the only payment option for pickup. We are located in Midland, Ontario.  Please contact us to schedule a pickup time and location.

Do you ship to the United States, and other international locations?

Are your products insured during shipping?

Yes, all of our products are insured during shipping.

Are there any additional fees by the time my order arrives?

No expensive customs, brokerage, duties and any additional cost will be charged for orders shipped within Canada. We ship directly from our warehouse in Canada, so it avoids the customs fees from shipping overseas. However, customs fees may still apply for order to the US and other countries.
 

FAQ - Cleaning a Tonneau:

When you get your new tonneau cover, make sure you pay close attention to the manufacturer instructions for cleaning and care. While most bed covers will have the same basic care instructions, some may have slight variations.

Soft tonneau covers are made of vinyl, and vinyl is best cleaned with a cleaner that is specific to the fabric (i.e 303 Tonneau Cover & Convertible Top Cleaning Kit). You could also use a mild car washing solution and a medium brush. Another cleaning option for you would be to take your truck through an automatic car wash, but do not allow a car wash to apply spray wax to your tonneau cover, as it could harm the fabric.

It is not advisable to use the same protection products that you use for your tires, trim and dash on your tonneau cover. Your manufacturer's instructions will list the best ways to get a sleek shine from your tarp, and which products to avoid.
